Taught By Ahn Lee
During our 6-week course we will work on advancing our handbuilding skills while creating a sculptural 2-part table lamp. This class is aimed at students who want to learn more advanced techniques for planning and executing a sculptural project. We will discuss sketching and measuring, create two miniatures or maquettes, and advanced finishing techniques. After this class, students will have the tools to create multiples of their lamp project, and the understanding of how to create multiples of sculptural projects in the future.
The class group is kept small at 8 students to allow for more one-on-one attention with the instructor.
